

If you are the host for a keynote or larger webinar, review this virtual Keynote Intro article to create a professional entrance experience. Use the event app or planner to confirm the list of speakers. You should have received the login details and start/end times of the webinar you are scheduled to host. When the session is over, the doors close so the room is ready for the next session. You are responsible for getting the speakers ready backstage and when to open the doors to the room. Note: This option is currently only available with meetings and webinars hosted by HST/HCC users.Think of a Host like a room monitor / staff at a physical conference.In the unlikely event that attendees do not have a computer and can't call into the webinar because of long-distance restrictions, consider applying for a Zoom toll-free international dialing code.Encourage attendees to download the desktop client or app before the meeting.Finalize your presentation add poll questions as needed.Review the webinar and account settings to confirm they're to your liking.
